perfectionism, imposter syndrome, or anyone seeking deeper tools for building

Through a carefully structured approach, we address the various forms of
overwhelm that young people face today—from academic burnout to social
exhaustion to the profound uncertainty about the future. Our program
provides the space, tools, and support needed to help you reconnect
with your authentic self and develop lasting resilience.

Our Team
Our program is based on the work of the Anthropedia Institute, a research body comprising over 40 experts in psychiatry, psychology, neurobiology, genetics, medicine, and the Science of Well-Being. The Institute is led by world-renowned psychiatrist Dr. C. Robert Cloninger of Washington University in St. Louis, one of the pioneers of the Science of Well-Being. Dr. Cloninger’s 2004 book on Oxford University Press, Feeling Good: The Science of Well-Being, offered a new vision of psychiatry and mental health treatment.
Our team, led by Dr. Cloninger, has been specially selected to accomplish the goals of the Institute.
