Global Burnout Recovery Programs

The Global Burnout Recovery Program is a group of 6-Day intensive programs to help individuals struggling with Global Burnout in all its forms (brownout, blur-out, bore-out) and all the related problems that result from a state of work and life exhaustion. Our goal is to prevention of more serious burnout or psychological problems, and the promotion of health and well-being. Based on your quiz results and other assessments, as well as a discussion with our staff, we will determine with program is best for your needs.

Day 1: Uncovering Your Personality Traits

The TCI (Temperament and Character Inventory) will provide invaluable insight into your personality traits. The interplay between these traits will help you to understand the dynamics of your emotional drives and the maturity of your character. These dynamics produce the characteristic features of your temperament and character style and this information helps you become more aware of your personality and how you can grow and be resilient to burnout.

Day 2: Enhance Emotional Intelligence

With an awareness of the emotional drives, you are in a position to learn how to manage emotions and understand better the emotional responses of others. In particular negative emotions such as fear, anger, sadness, confusion, guilt and shame can seriously inhibit our ability to think clearly and look for solutions to the problems of burnout.

Day 3: Improve Communication Style

The remarkable skill of human communication with which we are all endowed, is often so poorly executed. We unconsciously adopt styles of communication, like manipulation and passive aggression, that are self-defeating and dysfunctional. A clear awareness of your communication style is essential to navigating heathy relationships and avoiding burnout.

Day 4: Break Free from Habits and Compulsions

Repetition and compulsion are natural and evolved aspects of the survival brain but can so easily lead us into unhealthy habits. Harnessing the power of the emotional brain allows you to self-actualize your goals and move away from burnout.

Day 5: Reshaping Your Personal Narrative for

Self-Discovery

On Day 5 of our Global Burnout Recovery Program, we dive deep into exploring and reshaping personal narratives. Discover how your story shapes your identity and learn techniques to rewrite your narrative for a more fulfilling life.

Day 6: Values and Self-Realization – Discovering Fulfillment
Through Core Values

On the final day of the program, we explore the importance of aligning actions with core values for self-fulfillment. Reflect on personal values and their impact. Learn strategies to align actions with core values. Discover the path to self-fulfillment and lasting happiness.
